1. Overview These Terms of Service govern your use of Flor's Cleaning Service LLC's website and the cleaning services we provide. 2. Services Flor's Cleaning Service LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services throughout Indianapolis and Central Indiana. The specific scope of each job is agreed upon at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our standard service offerings or that presents unsafe working conditions.

3. Booking & Scheduling Appointments are confirmed once we have spoken directly with the client by phone, text, or email. We ask that you provide accurate information about the size and condition of the space at the time of booking so we can allocate the right amount of time and give you an accurate quote. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the actual condition of the space differs significantly from what was described.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that schedules change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as early as possible — ideally at least 24 hours before your appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect our ability to continue providing service.

5. Payment Payment is due at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in advance. We currently accept payment via Zelle and cash. Failure to pay at the time of service may result in suspension of future bookings.

6. Satisfaction & Complaints We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of your appointment at +1 317-665-5574 or [email protected] and we will return to address the issue at no additional charge. Complaints made after 24 hours may not be eligible for a complimentary re-clean.

7. Access to Property By booking a cleaning, you confirm that you have the legal right to grant access to the property being cleaned. You are responsible for ensuring we can enter the space at the scheduled time. If we are unable to access the property at the time of the appointment through no fault of our own, a trip fee may apply.

8. Liability Flor's Cleaning Service LLC is insured and takes great care with every property we service. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage caused by improperly secured or fragile items that were not disclosed prior to the appointment. We ask that you notify us of any delicate surfaces, valuable items, or areas that require special care before we begin.

9. Right to Refuse Service We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in situations involving unsafe conditions, verbal or physical harassment, or properties that present health or safety hazards beyond the scope of standard cleaning.

10. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
