How much does a cleaning cost?

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

It's completely up to you. Many of our clients prefer to be home the first time so they can walk us through their priorities. After that, plenty of clients give us access and let us work while they're away. We're fully insured and trustworthy — whatever makes you most comfortable works for us.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?

Yes, we bring everything we need. You don't have to provide any supplies or equipment. If you have a specific product preference or a surface that requires special care, just let us know in advance and we'll accommodate that.

What is included in a deep cleaning?

A deep cleaning goes well beyond a standard clean. It includes detailed cleaning of all rooms, inside and outside of appliances, behind furniture, baseboards, window sills, ceiling fans, inside cabinets, and all the spots that get skipped in routine cleaning. It's the most thorough clean we offer and a great starting point for new recurring clients.

What is the difference between a move-in and move-out cleaning?

Both are essentially the same thorough cleaning — the difference is timing and perspective. A move-out clean is done when you leave a home, ensuring you get your deposit back and leave the property in great condition. A move-in clean is done before you settle into a new place, so you start fresh in a spotless home. Both services are fully detailed from top to bottom.

Do you clean Airbnb's and short-term rentals?

Absolutely. Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers are one of our specialties. We work efficiently between guest check-out and check-in, reset the space, and make sure everything looks fresh and hotel-ready. Consistent turnovers help protect your ratings and keep guests happy.

Do you offer apartment cleaning?

Yes. We clean apartments of all sizes, whether you rent or own. We can do one-time deep cleans, move-in/out cleans, or regular scheduled visits. Apartment cleaning is priced based on size and scope of work.

What is post-construction cleaning?

Post-construction cleaning is a specialized deep clean performed after renovation or construction work. It removes dust, debris, paint residue, sticker adhesives, and construction particles from all surfaces — including hard-to-reach areas that standard cleaning doesn't touch. It's a demanding job and we have the experience and tools to handle it.

Do you clean refrigerators and ovens seperately?

Yes. Refrigerator cleaning and oven cleaning are available as individual add-on services. They are priced separately because they require dedicated time and specific cleaning methods. If you want them as part of a larger cleaning, just mention it when you get your quote.

How do I pay?

We accept payment via Zelle, cash, or other methods we can arrange at the time of booking. Payment is typically due at completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Do you offer recurring cleaning services?

Yes. Many of our clients set up recurring weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cleanings. Recurring clients get priority scheduling and consistent service from the same team. Ask us about recurring options when you request your quote.

Are you insured?

Do you speak spanish?

Yes. We proudly offer bilingual service in both English and Spanish. You're welcome to communicate with us in whichever language you prefer.

How far in advance do i need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2–3 days in advance to secure your preferred time, especially for larger jobs. That said, we sometimes have same-week availability, so it's always worth reaching out even on short notice.
